Important things to note:

• Your first visit typically takes about an hour long and we DO NOT typically adjust you until your second visit in the office
• A $50 deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. This will be applied toward your exam and scans on your first day in the office!

To request your appointment, simply pick your preferred day/time, fill out your contact information, and our team will call you to collect the required $50 deposit and confirm any details before finalizing your appointment.

Please note: Your appointment is not officially booked until we’ve received your $50 deposit.
