Our Expert Team
Dr. Abby Welsh
Dr. Abby is the owner and one of the doctors at Radiance Chiropractic in Cedar Falls, IA. Although growing up in La Crescent, MN keeps her tied to her MN roots, she was born and raised a Hawkeye and Packer fan. She was not, however, raised in a chiropractic lifestyle. This led her down a path of a medical doctor career until she realized that our current “health care” system is much more focused on symptoms and disease, not true health and healing, and her career path then veered towards chiropractic.
Dr. Abby received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. During her time at Logan, she realized that, although common, it is not normal to have ear infections, allergies, asthma, ADHD, and Autism as a child. It’s not normal to be stressed out, anxious, depressed, and unhappy teens and adults. The body is not deficient in medication, and symptoms are manifestations of bigger problems. These realizations led her to create what Radiance Chiropractic is today. A place where people come to transition their health and maintain that lifestyle vs. relying on drugs and surgery as a first line of defense.
Outside of the office, Dr. Abby is a wife and a mom of 2 little boys who have been adjusted since the day they were born. Health is a priority for their family so they are able to stay active with water skiing, UTV riding, traveling, and just being outside playing any sport the boys are obsessed with that week.

Dr. Sarah Lutterman
Dr. Sarah Lutterman was born and raised just outside of Eldora, Iowa. Growing up she was a year round athlete involved in track and field, basketball, and volleyball. She went to college to start a career somewhere in health care because she knew that she wanted to help empower people to live to their fullest potential. In her last year of undergrad she was listening to a guest chiropractor give a lecture on how he helped people achieve health through his hands AND his heart. That day she knew exactly where she needed to be so she changed the focus of her major and applied to chiropractic school.
Dr. Sarah received a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. After graduation she moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. She was a member of the Pediatrics and Perinatal Club and the Palmer Student Alumni Foundation where she networked with chiropractors all over the world. During her time at Palmer her passion for pediatric and perinatal care grew as she became Webster Certified for pregnancy through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She was able to care for many incredible families and work with several highly experienced mentors during her time in the clinic which helped her grow into the doctor that she is today. She recently completed the Pediatric Experience, alongside Dr. Abby, to further her education in pediatric care as well as recognizing the early signs of children on the spectrum.
When Dr. Sarah is not in the office, you will find her cheering on her beloved Cyclones, traveling the state to try new wineries, or testing out new local restaurants. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Carson, and they recently planted their roots in Reinbeck, Iowa.

Tara has always been involved in healthcare, but had a hard time finding a field that she was really passionate about…until she discovered chiropractic! Since starting her career at Radiance, she has not only seen significant improvements in her own health (headaches, sleep problems, immune system, menstrual issues, allergies) but has seen so many other people’s health restored through chiropractic. Tara has always been passionate about helping people and loves that she can now help people live happier, healthier lives through principled chiropractic care! Any questions you have, Tara is your go-to gal!

Megan
Lead Chiropractic Assistant
Megan was born in Eau Claire, WI but grew up in Waterloo, IA. Megan could not decide which career path she wanted to pursue while in college, so her major changed a few times. From teaching, to nursing for 2 years, she ultimately decided to just finish her AA at Kirkwood Community College and get into the working field to see what fits her best and found herself employed at Radiance in May of 2021.
Megan had received chiropractic care here and there growing up, but never consistent, neurological care. Megan was not screaming “health” when she started her chiropractic journey. She was on a laundry list of medications and dealing with symptoms that someone so young should not be experiencing. Through receiving care, she has stopped taking all of her medications and is living a life she never thought was possible!
Megan strives to build meaningful relationships with every person who walks through our doors and hopes to leave some sort of lasting impression. You will get to know that Megan is very quirky, bubbly, and always has a smile on her face! She thoroughly enjoys being a small part of everyone’s life and healing process through Chiropractic Care!
Paige
Chiropractic Assistant
Paige graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Psychology in May 2022. She loves learning about the brain and nervous system and the different forces that can affect them and in turn, affect behavior.
Paige started as a Radiance Chiropractic practice member in June of 2021. Since becoming a chiropractic assistant, she has loved getting to learn more about how nervous system focused, principled chiropractic care works, and seeing the amazing results it has produced in the practice members she serves!
Paige is a true-crime junkie, so you’ll often find her listening to crime podcasts or binge-watching episodes of crime shows like Forensic Files in her free time!
Jaima
Chiropractic Assistant
Jaima received her AA in Agricultural Business from Hawkeye Community College in 2021. Since then she has realized her passion in life is for health and wellness and was trying to find the right fit for her. As soon as she walked into our office she knew this is where she wanted to be! She began working here in October of 2023.
Jaima received sporadic chiropractic care growing up but it was more symptom based and not for her overall health and wellbeing. She had no idea this kind of chiropractic care existed! Since starting here in the office she has learned so much about chiropractic and why a healthy nervous system is so important. Being new to consistent chiropractic care, Jaima can easily relate to our new practice members. Some of her goals are to get off anxiety medication, help neck and lower back pain, and have a healthy body overall! Jaima loves getting to connect with everyone and see how she can make anyone’s day brighter.
When she’s not at the office you can find her working out, on the farm, at a concert, or with family and friends. Oh, and Dr. Sarah isn’t the only Cyclones fan anymore!
Ashley
Chiropractic Assistant
Ashley was born in Texas but has lived in many different places such as Colorado, California, and Arizona. She moved again a couple of years ago and added Iowa to the list.
While working to complete an online degree and working as a student intern, Ashley’s partner noticed she had a long list of complaints like wrist, shoulder, and back pain, difficulty sleeping, and digestion issues. He suggested chiropractic care. Little did he know that she would find Radiance Chiropractic.
A couple of years later, Ashley completed her Creative Writing degree on a high note after many of her issues improved. Feeling a little lost in a new place, Ashley came to work for Radiance Chiropractic with the hopes of doing the same thing for
someone else that was done for her. She hopes she can help others be the best version of themselves through chiropractic care and by having access to a kind, empathetic, and safe environment.
When not at Radiance, you can find Ashley working at her other job, gaming, writing, doing puzzles, hanging out with her boyfriend and 5 pets, reading, or editing videos. Chances are you won’t find her when she’s not here because she’s usually hiding away at home.
Tiffany
Chiropractic Assistant
Tiffany was born and raised in upstate NY. She left when she joined the Army and served from 2006-2014. When she left the military, she and her family relocated to Cedar Falls, IA. She graduated with her bachelors degree in business and a minor in ethics from the University of Iowa in 2017.
She started her chiropractic journey at Radiance as a practice member in 2021 after
recommending her husband for his foot and hip pain. When she came in, Tiffany was suffering from frequent migraines, fatigue and menstrual problems and her mental health was not the best. Since beginning care she has seen a dramatic improvement in her overall health and wellbeing for not just herself but her family as well. She has even been able to decrease her prescription meds since starting care. Tiffany came to work at Radiance in July of 2023 and since then has loved learning more and more about neurological chiropractic and seeing it
change lives!
In her down time you can find Tiffany spending quality time with her family and their 3 dogs or enjoying time with friends. She enjoys spending time outside and participating in events around the community. She loves watching all kinds of movies and listening to all sorts of music.

Frequently Asked Questions
I've never been to a chiropractor before, what should I expect?
At Radiance Chiropractic we take our time to educate you fully on our process. We ensure that all of your questions are answered before your first adjustment. On day 1, you can expect to take a tour of our office, x-rays on site if needed, and an exam utilizing our NASA published technology.
Do you take insurance?
Due to our neurological technique and the tough cases that we see, we are out of network with most insurances. Because of that, however, we are able to discount care more significantly than insurance allows, so we can still make care affordable for you and your whole family.
do i need to take x-rays?
Each person is unique and each situation is different. We utilize x-rays as a diagnostic tool to better understand the structure of the spine and to see how long the root cause of health concerns and underlying issues have been present.
How long do my visits take?
We respect your time and want to ensure that consistent chiropractic care doesn’t get in the way of the rest of your busy schedule. Other than your first two visits which are longer, your following adjustment visits should take less than 15 minutes each time.
how do you adjust?
We utilize the most specific and researched technique in chiropractic, Torque Release Technique. Learn more about Torque Release Technique here.
Is there anything I should bring with me?
If you would like to print out our new member application forms and bring them with you to your first visit you may do so. Follow this link for our application.
